To rebuild our nation, we must start from the very foundation. If the citizens do not possess a genuine love for the country and its environment, can we truly blame the leaders they choose to elect?

We see people reserving spots for over 12 hours, sitting from morning until night just to witness a cultural pageant (Perahera). Yet, if those same people cannot properly dispose of their waste—from food containers to simple toffee and chocolate wrappers—and instead leave their surroundings littered, it reveals a profound crisis in the human mindset.
