Human Heart: The Journey of Fellowship
“Kasala Harana” (Waste Removal & Awareness) – Program 02
A humanitarian voyage launched to protect Mother Nature, who grants us the right to live.
Date: August 10 – 12, 2022 (Three consecutive days)
Location: Sri Dalada Maligawa (Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic) premises and surrounding streets.
Participation: A total of 21 dedicated members of the Human Heart Volunteer Social Service Organization participated throughout the project.
🎯 The Mission
A noble social mission focused on waste management awareness and instilling the virtue of loving Mother Nature. For three days, our team worked tirelessly to educate the public and physically restore the cleanliness of the sacred grounds.

🎯 A Message from the Heart
While we enter this world through a mother’s womb, it is Mother Nature who grants us the right to survive by providing three essential gifts for free: Breath, Water, and Food.
We call the woman who gave us birth “Mother,” and we call the land that sustains our life “Motherland.” However, in a society where this has become a mere word, it is heartbreaking to see how our environment is desecrated—from the felling of trees to the littering of waste. How can one tolerate the continuous pollution of our “Second Mother”?
We cannot stand by. We may not be able to change the outdated mindset of every adult, but we will mold the future generation. Let us teach them to truly love the land they were born to. 🤝💗🤝
